Welcome to Healthwatch Cumberland
We are an independent organisation set up to champion your views of health and social care in Cumberland. Our goal is to make the services we all use better, and to work together to make that possible.
Our work starts with you. We are here to listen to your views and to share them to shape local services.
We want to hear about your views, needs and experiences to help Cumberland get the best possible health and care.

You Told Us Report – February 2024
We have analysed the feedback we received in February 2024 to get an overview of the most common themes within the health and social sector in Cumberland.
This informs our future focus of engagement and highlights any issues that we may need to escalate directly to the provider.
We encourage people to share their experiences and we offer information and signposting if people need further support or want to make a complaint.
