Carlisle Healthcare Surgery respond to concerns over telephone system

Following intelligence from patients who were finding it frustrating to get through to the new “Super Surgery” Carlisle Healthcare via the telephone system, Healthwatch Cumbria wrote a letter to the Practice Manager to explain the concerns that patients had and to ask for a response to the concerns.  The letter is linked below:

The surgery have responded promptly to this letter and acknowledged the problems encountered by patients around the telephone system.  The practice manager has explained what has been put in place to remedy the problems and the letter is attached here:
